Hi! I’m Michelle.

I started Slate Studio as a way to help paying clients transform their spaces, while using a portion of the proceeds to transform spaces for women in crisis.

  • At the heart of my work for both paying and non-profit clients, my biggest goal is to give people a sense of peace in their home.

  • I am a Georgia girl (go dawgs) who has called Chicago home for the last decade. I live with my husband, Great Pyrenees and chubby kitty in Logan Square.

  • My favorite part of the job is meeting people from all walks of life and helping them fall in love with their space!
